It was an afternoon of literary delights on 20 December 2014! Renowned Hong Kong author, Dung Kai Cheung was in town to present his lecture Literature, Life and the Times.

“Literature is not for one, but for everyone.”

Renowned Hong Kong author Dung Kai Cheung took us on a quest to explore deeply into our hearts and the world around us at the inaugural Sing Chu Literature Lectures.

In his thought-provoking lecture, Literature, Life and the Times, Dung shared his own experiences and thoughts to inspire participants to view life from a different perspective and understand what it means to live. He was also joined by Singapore author, poet and Chinese educator, Dr Tan Chee Lay during the lively dialogue session.

After the talk, Dung gamely signed autographs for participants as they enjoyed the light refreshments and mingled with the author.

It was definitely a memorable afternoon well spent!
