About This Event
A big thank you to everyone who participated in the Sing Chu Children Colouring Contest! Tada the Otter and Uncle Seal are very pleased with their underwater adventure. After much deliberation, our judges have chosen the best entries. Congratulations to the selected winners!

Tada the Otter and Uncle Seal are on an underwater adventure!
Join them on their adventure by bringing out your colouring tools, and show the splendid sights of the underwater world by colouring.
You can use colour pencils, watercolour, poster colour, crayons or markers and stand to win attractive prizes!
This contest is open to children residing in Singapore, aged 5 – 9 years old and limited to one entry per contestant.
Prizes
- Excellence Award x 5: Sing Chu Children’s Collection Series 1 and a box of 12 Colour Pencils
- Merit Award x 20: Mystery goodie bag consisting of stationery items
Closing date: Entries to be received by 05/07/2021 (Monday), 23:59.
Submit your entry via either of the following methods:
(1) Scan your artwork* and email to: admin@chouscfoundation.org
Please follow this format for the email subject heading and file name:

*Scanned entries must be clear (resolution of at least 300 dpi) and complete (edges are not cut off).

Terms and Conditions
- Contest is open to children residing in Singapore, aged 5 – 9 years old.
- Submission is limited to one entry per contestant.
- All entries must be accompanied with a duly completed contest form.
- Forms with incomplete information will be disqualified.
- All entries must be original works created solely by the contestant.
- Please encourage child to complete the colouring page without parental or guardian assistance.
- Picture may be coloured with, but not limited to, colour pencils, watercolour, poster colour, crayons or markers. Digital colours will be disqualified.
- Entries to be submitted either via email or postal mail and received by 05/07/2021 (Monday), 23:59.
- Scanned entries must be clear (resolution of at least 300 dpi) and complete (edges are not cut off).
- Submission by postal mail to be strictly in A4 size.
- Winners will be announced on Chou Sing Chu Foundation (CSCF) Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/CSCFSingapore) and Website (http://www.chouscfoundation.org) on 16/07/2021.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone.
- By entering the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the contest.
- CSCF reserves the right to disqualify any contestant’s entry in the event of any contestant’s failure to comply with the contest’s terms and conditions.
- By entering this contest, contestants and their parent(s)/guardian(s) consent to CSCF’s publishing or announcing of any Prize Winner’s name, submitted entry and photograph(s), without seeking further permission or providing compensation to the contestant or any other party. This shall include unlimited reproduction, publication, use and distribution in all forms and media, and in all manners including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, trade, display, editorial, art, video production, exhibitions, website and social media content.
- All submitted entries become the property of the CSCF and are not returnable.
- As per the privacy policy of CSCF, CSCF does not sell or redistribute any personal information to third parties.
- CSCF and all parties associated with this contest are not liable for any cost of entering the contest, loss of submissions through postage mail and the cost of the redemption of any Prize.
- All decisions made by CSCF with respect to this contest are final. CSCF will not enter into correspondence with any contestant with regards to the contest’s results.
- This contest is not associated with, nor is sponsored, endorsed or administered by, Facebook, Inc.
