We would like to thank all participants for taking time to design their unique Words Play cards. Congratulations to all the winners!

Submission method:

The structure of every Chinese word carries meaning and significance. Select a card and unleash your creativity by forming words through meaningful terms taken from our daily life!

1. Take a photo of your completed Words Play card.
2. Simply comment on the Facebook post with the photo of your completed Words Play card.
3. Like our Facebook page.

Contest is open to Singapore residents, no age restriction.

How to participate:

• Collect a Words Play card from “At Home with Words” Roving Exhibition venue or download from Chou Sing Chu Foundation website.
• Take a photo of your completed Words Play card.
• Comment on the Facebook post with the photo of your completed Words Play card.
• Like the Chou Sing Chu Foundation Facebook page.

Contest period and Judging:

• All submission entries have to be received by 31 August 2017, 23:59 via Chou Sing Chu Foundation Facebook page, Words Play Contest Facebook post.
• Winners will be announced on our Facebook and Website on 8 September 2017.
• Winners will be notified via Facebook, email, phone or postal mail. In the event that a winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days of receipt, whilst all reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, Chou Sing Chu Foundation reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
• Upon collection of prize, winners are required to submit original hardcopy artwork of completed Words Play card.

First Prize        : $50 Book Voucher

Second Prize   : $30 Book Voucher

Third Prize       : $20 Book Voucher

Terms and Conditions

• The contest opens to Singapore residents, no age restriction.
• Uploaded photo of completed Words Play card must be sharp in image quality. No limit to number of entries submitted per contestant throughout the contest period, but each contestant can only be awarded a prize once.
• By entering the Contest, all contestants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the contest.
• Chou Sing Chu Foundation (CSCF) reserves the right to disqualify any contestant’s entry in the event of any contestant’s failure to comply with the contest’s terms and conditions, and remove any entry that is deemed to contain inappropriate, offensive or sensitive content.
• By entering this contest, contestants consent to CSCF’s publishing or announcing any Prize winners’ name and photograph(s), without seeking further permission or providing compensation to the contestant or any other party. This shall include unlimited reproduction, publication, use and distribution in all forms and media, and in all manners including, but not limited to, advertising, trade, display, editorial, art, video production, exhibitions and website content.
• CSCF reserves the right to conclude the contest with no selection should there be not any suitable entries received.
• By entering this contest, contestants acknowledge that their Facebook username, profile picture and any additional content submitted will be published on CSCF’s Facebook page and may be viewed by all web viewers.
• All submitted entries become the property of the CSCF and are not returnable. As per the privacy policy of CSCF, CSCF does not sell or redistribute any personal information to third parties.
• CSCF and all parties associated with this Contest are not liable for any cost of entering the contest and the cost of the redemption of any Prize.
• All decisions made by CSCF with respect to this contest are final. CSCF will not enter into correspondence with any contestant with regards to the contest’s results.
• This contest is not associated with, nor is sponsored, endorsed or administered by, Facebook, Inc.
